This official commemorative cover was published to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Victory in Europe and Japan.
A 19ᵖ “British Troops and French Civilians celebrating” and a 25ᵖ “St Paul’s Cathedral and Searchlights” stamp have been cancelled by the BFPS 1000 special handstamp dated 19 August 1995.
